ENT Appoints New Member of the Management Board

The Supervisory Board of Ericsson Nikola Tesla appointed Branka Vučemilo Elezović as a member of the Management Board of ENT. She would serve a four-year term starting January 1, 2026.

Vučemilo Elezović is the Director of Legal Affairs and General Legal Counsel, as well as a member of the company’s Leadership Team. During more than 10 years at ENT, she has made a significant contribution to strengthening corporate governance, compliance, and legal support across all business areas and affiliated companies.

She played a key role in transforming the Legal function into a strategic business partner, providing support to the Management Board and Supervisory Board and participating in some of the company’s most complex domestic and international projects. Before joining ENT, she held a number of senior legal positions in the telecommunications sector.
